A system behind an independent boutique resort. I designed it to free their sales team from cumbersome paperwork and focus on relationship building. What used to be a salesperson's afternoon of pricing and paperwork now happens on its own, and guests get answered at odd hours without waking anyone up.
Turns an enquiry into a priced, branded PDF in minutes instead of hours, including the messy real cases: several guest groups, different dates, multiple hall usage, discounts. A private dashboard shows the owner live revenue, pipeline, and days to close.
Answers guests around the clock in their own language, checks availability, and escalates to a person when it should, with safeguards. A WhatsApp enquiry can become a full quote in one tap.
